10 - 10.15am - Welcome
10.15 - 11am - 45 min gentle yoga flow
11 - 11.30am - Mindfulness practices & techniques
11.30am - break
11.45 - 12.15pm - Talk: how to change unhelpful beliefs & thought patterns and create new positive habits
12.15 - 1pm - Workshop: Elevate your morning routine to feel more resilient and in control of your emotional well-being.
1pm - Closing and optional Q&A

WHAT KIND OF YOGA IS IT?
We will be practicing a slow vinyasa flow, followed by a few yin yoga poses.
IS IT SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?
Yes! Beginners of yoga and/or mindfulness are more than welcome! All practices will be simple but very effective, you don’t need any previous experience.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
If you are interested in coming, I will be recording it so you can watch it back later. Just buy the retreat as normal and then shoot me a message to let me know you won't be there live, just so I'm not waiting for you!
The workshop works a lot better live, however, so if you can make it you will get a lot more out of it live :)
WHAT WILL I LEARN IN THE WORKSHOP?
We will be bringing together everything you have learned so far, taking the practices and techniques that you enjoyed best to build your own personalised morning routine. You will leave the retreat not only feeling amazing, but with your own plan to continue to improve your health and well-being yourself over time. If you choose to join our Facebook group after the retreat, I will be there to support you and hold you accountable.
WHAT IF I'M CAMERA SHY
I would really love to see your smiling face! But if you feel more comfortable, you can turn your camera off for some or all of the retreat.
DO I HAVE TO SPEAK?
I may encourage you to introduce yourself at the beginning and/or ask any questions at the end but if you prefer you can do this by typing in the chat box instead! If you prefer to sit back and just listen, that is absolutely ok! I want to you to get the most of out this retreat and making you do something you’re not comfortable with is totally the opposite!
CAN I ASK QUESTIONS THROUGHOUT THE RETREAT?
There is an optional Q&A at the end of the retreat where I will encourage you to ask any questions you have, but you also don’t have to stay for this part! We will also have a break in the middle of the retreat where I will answer as many questions as I can in that time. You also will have my contact details if you think of anything after!
WHAT IF I AM NOT FLEXIBLE ENOUGH FOR YOGA?
Firstly, this is a myth! You don’t need to be flexible to get the amazing benefits of yoga! My classes are welcoming, understanding and supportive of EVERYONE!
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
I will send an email nearer the time detailing anything you’ll need. If you have a yoga mat, that’s great! But don’t worry if you don’t! Otherwise, just a pen and paper and yourself!
