Yoga & Meditation Classes

Yoga is such a wonderful tool to help us re-connect with ourselves. In this ever changing world, yoga can help us feel calmer, more grounded and more in tune with our body and mind. 

I teach a range of yoga and meditation classes, both online and in studios around Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch. My classes are suitable for all levels from complete beginners to yogis with a regular practice.
