Yoga & Meditation Classes

Yoga is such a wonderful tool to help us re-connect with ourselves. In this ever changing world, yoga can help us feel calmer, more grounded and more in tune with our body and mind. 

I teach a range of yoga and meditation classes, both online and in studios around Bournemouth & Poole. My classes are suitable for all levels from complete beginners to yogis with a regular practice. 



Uplifting Vinyasa Flow

All level Vinyasa flow to stretch and tone the body and calm the mind. Practice in the comfort of your own home!


Wake Up Slow Flow

Slowly wake up and energise your body and mind with this gentle stretch and mindfulness class. 

From 11th October I will be teaching 2 online live classes a week, PLUS adding weekly videos for you to practice in your own time.
